Do you offer networking?
Yes, we offer networking hardware, software and technical support for both Microsoft and Apple platforms.

Will you service products that were bought elsewhere?
Yes, gladly. If it is a warranty situation, we will require a proof of purchase to process the claim with the manufacturer. Our rates are the same to all customers.

What about inkjet printers under warranty?
Most manufacturers require you to return the printer directly to them. If you would like us to do so for you, we will require a shipping/handling fee.
