Ray Davis and Company has been providing Central Alabama businesses and schools with Canon Copier and Facsimile products since 1982.  We are a locally owned and operated family business.  We work for you, our customer.  Our service agreement customers are provided the following guarantees:  

Service Guarantee
Ray Davis and Company guarantees you’ll have no costs other than paper and staples in running your copier.  Our Total Service Package includes all parts, drums, toner, and every nut, bolt, and feed tire necessary to keep your copier fully operational.  Our supplies are kept at our warehouse in Selma so we can get them to you quickly.

Copy Guarantee
Ray Davis and Company is so confident in the Canon copier line that we guarantee your new copier for at least two million copies (4 million copies on 50 CPM and faster), or five years, whichever comes first, as long as the copier is continuously covered by our Total Service Package.

Uptime Guarantee
Ray Davis and Company will guarantee emergency response time within sixty miles of Selma of under four hours for all customers under a service agreement. We promise that the period from the time you call for emergency service until the time a technician arrives at your office will not exceed four hours (during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays).  If we are unable to repair the system, we also offer equipment replacement.

Loaner Equipment Guarantee
If we cannot repair the equipment within 24 hours because of parts availability, we will provide a loaner copier at no charge. 

Emergency Service Guarantee
In an emergency, if you cannot wait for a service technician to arrive, we guarantee the use of our company equipment to complete your copy job on time.

Training Guarantee
Ray Davis and Company will provide on-going training to new users as long as the copier is under service agreement.
